General Policies 

By attending the Rendezvous Event Center and Hideaway Park surrounding areas (playground and skate park), you agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for use in marketing, promotional and/or training materials. Review the complete Photo Policy for the Center.

The Center and surrounding areas are smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free. Violators of these rules are subject to ejection at any time.

The Town of Winter Park reserves final decision on items that can be brought into the venue. Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the Center surrounding areas at any time.

General Event Rules

The rules below are general event rules for the venue. Please review the rules, regulations, and guidelines for your specific ticketed event as rules vary by event promoter.

Permitted Items

Seating:

  • GA seating is on the grass, chairs are permitted without canopies or covers. Total upright chair height (including legs and entire length of chair backs) may not exceed 37". (Please note, this rule is strictly enforced and subjects will be subject to removal without refund!)

  • Folding chairs, seat cushions

  • Tarps and blankets smaller than 8 x 8

Hand-Held Items:

  • Small pocket size umbrellas (Any umbrella deemed oversized festival staff will have removed.)

  • Binoculars

Containers:

  • Factory sealed-plastic beverage containers

  • Empty camelbacks/hydration packs

  • Plastic or paper cups

  • Small soft coolers 6 pack size or smaller

  • Coolers must be: Width (11.5 in) by Depth (8 in) by Height (10.5 in) or smaller

  • Cloth bags-soft packs preferred

Food:

  • Allowed food pre-sliced fruit/vegetables/small snacks

*Children 12 and under are free with ticketed adult in general admission area only

Not Permitted Items

Violators of these rules are subject to ejection at any time. The Town of Winter Park reserves final decision on items that can be brought into the venue. Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the Center.

Absolutely Banned from Center:

  • Drugs

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Smoking (cigarettes and vape)

  • Drones

Seating:

  • No tents or tent like structures

  • No personal chairs in VIP section. VIP section will be set-up with chairs.

  • No chairs with canopies or covers above 37" tall

  • No large umbrellas (Any umbrella deemed oversized festival staff will have removed.)

Containers:

  • No glass or aluminum cans

  • No large coolers, coolers must be: Width (11.5 in) by Depth (8 in) by Height (10.5 in) or smaller

  • No filled hydration packs/camelbacks

  • No luggage, carts, or wagons

Other:

  • Frisbees, weapons, confetti, bullhorns, noisemakers, laser pointers are almost always banned by all event promoters and can be confiscated. (Patrons often subjected to ejection.)

  • No unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
